We highly recommend to ship your return shipment insured and to keep proof of your return shipment until you received your refund. We cannot refund returns that we did not receive (for example because they were lost in the post).

You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days. 

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.

All tags need to be attached and seals intact.
