First, measure your underbust circumference just under your bust to determine your band size.The measuring tape should be snug - not tight and not loose - around your rib cage. Relax your arms and let them hang loosely next to your body while you hold the measuring tape in one hand.

Secondly, measure your full bust circumference horizontally across the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the measurement tape does not cut into your breasts.
